• If you systematically fail to meet work standards, the farmer has the right to terminate the contract early, and you will be forced to return home in 2-3 weeks.
• People with serious illnesses (such as epilepsy or infections) are not recommended to participate in the program.
• The farmer can conduct a drug or alcohol test at any time. In case of a positive result - immediate termination of the contract and deportation.
• Pregnant women cannot participate in the program. If pregnancy is discovered after receiving the contract or upon arrival, participation will be canceled.

• Seasonal work visa (Tier 5) is issued for a maximum of 6 months within a calendar year.
• You can only work on the farm specified in the sponsorship certificate and only during the specified period.
• You cannot work in other places (restaurants, hotels, other farms) unless you have a separate permit from Concordia.
• ​​Violation of the rules is grounds for immediate deportation.
• The sponsorship certificate is valid only for a specific applicant and cannot be transferred to others.
• To re-enter, you must wait 180 days from the expiration date of the previous visa.

About the visa and duration of stay:
• The visa starts from the date of the contract on the farm.
• Concordia and the agent are not responsible for the decision of the visa center in case of refusal.
• It is not possible to extend the visa or change its type.
• Exceeding the period of stay leads to deportation and a possible ban on entry into the country.

• Once your flight has been booked, we will notify the farmer of your arrival date and time. We also recommend that you call the farmer in person when you arrive in the UK.
• If you are late, the farmer may not be able to meet you.
• Let your family know when you arrive at the farm.
• Be polite and respectful to the farmer and your colleagues.
• Farms have their own rules, and breaches may result in disciplinary action or dismissal.
• The farm is the employer, not the agency or Concordia.

Farm Accommodation
• Accommodation is in caravans (mobile homes) with basic amenities (shower, gas, electricity).
• Cost: from £40 to £62 per week.
• Accommodation must be kept clean, otherwise fines may apply.
• Sharing with other nationalities is the norm.
• Food is stored in the fridge or cupboards.

Meals
• Meals are at your own expense. Average: £15-30 per week.
• Cook your own food. The farmer will arrange weekly trips to the store.
• Don't skimp on food - health and strength are important for the job.

Sickness and days off
• If you are ill, always notify the farmer or manager.
• Days off do not happen every week - it all depends on the season.
• During rainy periods there may be unpaid downtime.
• Days off are often arranged on a rotating basis.
• Frequent sick leave may lead to termination of the contract.

Illegal stay is strictly prohibited!!!
Staying in the UK after your visa has expired is a direct violation of the law. It may:
• result in deportation
• prevent you from entering the UK and other EU countries
• prevent you from re-entering the program
The Seasonal Workers Program is non-immigrant and participants are required to return home upon completion of their contract. Don't risk your future for dubious gains!!!
